  • SMA Applicant Vetting/Address Verification (duly completed)

 For incorporation which took effect prior to February 2004:

  • Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Registration
  • Memorandum of Association
  • Articles of Association

 For incorporation which took effect subsequent to February 2004:

  • Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Registration
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • A letter from the applicant’s technical representative accepting responsibility for the planning and maintenance of the station
  • A letter from the Minister of Information confirming recommendation from the Broadcasting Commission and granting a Broadcast Licence
