Low Power FM Broadcaster

REQUIREMENTS: 

• The completed application form and schedule to application for spectrum licence
• SMA Applicant Vetting/Address Verification duly completed
• For incorporation which took effect prior to February 2004:
  • Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Registration
  • Memorandum of Association
  • Articles of Association
• For incorporation which took effect subsequent to February 2004:
  • Certificate of Incorporation or Certificate of Registration
  • Articles of Incorporation
• Copy of Broadcast Licence from the Broadcasting Commission for commercial entities
• Authorisation from the Broadcasting Commission for non-commercial entities
• Processing Fee
• Upon grant of licence, the following fees are payable on demand:
  • Spectrum Fee
  • Regulatory Fee
