Deborah Newland

Deborah A. Newland was appointed to the post of Director, Legal Affairs at the Spectrum Management Authority in April 2006. Miss Newland is also the Company Secretary of the Authority.

Miss Newland has been in practice at the Jamaican Bar for 12 years primarily as a litigator in a variety of areas with background in Competition, Utility Regulation and Telecommunications.
