Stacey Beckford

Stacey Beckford was appointed to the post of Director, Human Resources at the Spectrum Management Authority (SMA) in October 2004. 

Miss Beckford has over 15 years experience in human resource management and industrial relations in multinational and local organizations and she is also a Certified Trainer.
