The Spectrum Management Authority (SMA) invites proposals from eligible and qualified suppliers of spectrum management software to supply, install, and integrate a Spectrum Engineering Analysis Tool with the SMA’s existing Spectrum Management System.
- Local Bidders – Bids must be submitted with the following in order to be given consideration:
- A copy of Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC)
- Proof of registration with the National Contracts Commission (NCC) in the category of Information Technology Services.
Local bids not accompanied by these documents will be deemed as non-compliant and will be rejected.
- Overseas Bidders – Bidders will be required to obtain a valid TCC and NCC if selected for contract award.
An electronic copy of the Tender Documents and an Addendum in English may be obtained from our website at www.sma.gov.jm as of 2013 November 4 or a printed copy may be collected upon payment of a non-refundable fee of JMD 2,000 (payable in cash), from:

RETURN AND OPENING OF TENDERS
Sealed bids labelled “Supply, Install and Integrate a Spectrum Engineering Analysis Tool” must be deposited in the tender box located in the lobby of the offices of the Spectrum Management Authority no later than 3:00 p.m. on 2013 December 2.
The opening of tenders will follow at 3:15 p.m. on the same day.
LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
